The Crossover Symmetry system was recommended by my PT. Due to the severity of my injury, I was initially unable to achieve full range of motion with the 7lb band. The videos were very helpful to show me the correct technique for each movement as well as adaptations I needed for my limitations. Three weeks into the doing the activation program twice per day, I moved up to doing full range of motion with the 10lb and 15lb bands. My shoulder feels fully recovered!
